Convert libreoffice supported files to pdf from apache

1. follow http://www.togaware.com/linux/survivor/Convert_MS_Word.html to create the conversion macro or try http://code.google.com/p/anytopdf/ (at time of writing it only supports OpenOffice.org)
2. install libreoffice on the webserver
3. copy the directory /home/USER/.libreoffice to the webserver user homedir eg. www-data, /var/www
